Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking interim bail for 08 weeks on the ground that the wife of the applicant-petitioner is pregnant. Learned State Counsel files the custody certificate of the applicantpetitioner and submits that the applicant-petitioner has already been granted default bail by the trial Court vide order dated 13.01.2026 and as such, the instant application as well as the main petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner does not dispute the same and makes an oral request to take up the main petition today itself for passing appropriate orders.
