   /#0%    $1 2  3' (  ' * /       40 5Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on account of being a friend of Sachin Setia, who is a Commission Agent and no amount, as a matter of fact, was handed over to the petitioner to settle the dispute between her and Sachin Setia. There is a delay of 2 months in filing the complaint and 16 months in registration of FIR. It is only so as to pressure tactics to settle the amount of Rs.60,00,000/- between the aforesaid two. He is not involved in any other case. The petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 10.12.2025.
