Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.109, dated 30.06.2025, under Sections 109, 221, 132, 324(4), added later on section 317(2) of BNS, 2023 and sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel has filed 18.02.2026 in the Court today and the same is taken on record.

It is noticed that counsel for the petitioner has not provided any details regarding the nature and status of the twelve other criminal cases registered against the petitioner, as mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the impugned order dated 17.10.2025.
