At this stage, the counsel for the respondent has given a statement that the respondent, through his Attorney-holder, shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the trial Court, on the next date of hearing.

In view of the undertaking so given, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement, made by his counsel, today in the Court.
