Instant petition has been filed u/s 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Sanjeev Kumar Ahuja, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, in FIR No. 867, dated 04.11.2023, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa, District Sirsa.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner, who has filed the present bail petition, has already been acquitted by the learned Trial Court, thus, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
