The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-15156-2021.

In compliance of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-15156-2021, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 06.02.2026 of Rohit, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division No.1, Rohtak, along Annexures R-1 to R-10), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of said compliance report shows that order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-15156-2021 has been duly complied with.
