Instant Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner - Baba Partap Singh @ Giani Partap Singh, aged about 70 years, challenging the order dated 31.10.2025, passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran, vide which, the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused under Section 358 of BNSS, 2023, on an application moved by the State, to face trial in case FIR No.187, dated 16.11.2020 (Annexure P-1), lodged under Sections 307, 447, 511, 323, 324, 201 of IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran (in the Grounds of Revision, FIR No.87 has been wrongly mentioned instead of FIR No.187, and Section 305 has been wrongly mentioned instead of Section 307).
