In the present petition, on 03.12.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "1. By way of present petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the official respondents No.1 to 3 for protecting their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

2. As per para No.10 of the instant petition, both the petitioners are already married; however, they have obtained divorce from their respective spouses. Neither the respective spouses of both the petitioners have been impleaded as parties in the instant petition, nor any decree of divorce has been appended thereto.

3. On request of learned counsel for the petitioners, adjourned to 17.12.2025, to enable him to take appropriate steps." 2.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
