 In the present case, the grievance being raised is that the petitioner is not being allowed to file the relevant documents so as to seek the No Objection Certificate as the last date to file nomination papers is 04.12.2025 till 03.00 p.m. which deadline is only 48 hours away.

A.G.,Punjab, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case any such papers/documents are submitted so as to seek No Objection Certificate, the said papers will not only be accepted but will also be processed on the same date itself so that in case the ARCHANA ARORA 2025.12.02 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-36064 of 2025 petitioner intends to contest the election and appropriate order will be passed on such request same day itself.
