The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-12567-2023.

A perusal of paragraph No.3 of the said compliance report dated 01.04.2026 shows that an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- was disbursed through NPCI dated 27.03.2026 to the petitioner.

In view of the above, since order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-12567-2023, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
