The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP-16903-2025, whereby the respondent was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 11.03.2019 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four months. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance with the order dated 15.07.2025, a speaking order dated 02.02.2026 has been passed. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners and the same is taken on record.

A perusal of speaking order dated 02.02.2026 shows that order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP-16903-2025 has been complied with. -1SHUBHAM 2026.02.18 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order dated 02.02.2026 in accordance with law.
