(Oral) Seeking quashing of order 09.09.2025 passed by the trial Court in case bearing F.I.R No.0098 dated 27.06.2024, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, under Section 21 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, whereby the bail orders of the petitioner have been cancelled and bail bonds/surety bonds have been forfeited to the state and further non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner, the instant petition has been filed. CRM-M-68465-2025 (O&M) -2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail. A copy of the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, corroborating the submission that the petitioner has surrendered and has been released on bail, has also been supplied. Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 06.02.2026 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court.
