Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.142 dated 9.8.2025 under Sections 111, 61(2), 148, 308(2), 249 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ghuman, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit of Harish Behal, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, Sub Division Sri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala has been filed in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
