Learned counsel submits that in pursuance of aforesaid order, the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court and has been granted bail. 4.

In view of the above, order dated 05.12.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to compliance of conditions as specified under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
