Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.123 dated 28.3.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 351(3), 109(1), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal.
