This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No. 213 dated 06.10.2025 registered under Sections 3(5) and 329(3) of the BNS at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's family is a bona fide purchaser of the agricultural land in dispute, having legally purchased the same from the complainant's mother by way of a duly executed and registered sale deed. It is further submitted that the entire sale consideration was paid in full and duly acknowledged at the time of execution of the sale deed. He further contends that despite the petitioner being the lawful owner in possession of the property, he is being unnecessarily harassed by the police through registration of the present FIR, even though the question of trespass does not arise with respect to land owned by him.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to place all relevant documents and evidence before the Investigating Agency for proper consideration. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Investigating Agency shall consider the material so produced by the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law. However, the official respondents are directed to issue a three days advance notice to the petitioner in writing in case he is required for investigation.
