This petition for bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023'. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 79 dated 30.05.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of 'the Indian Penal Code, 1860' Police Station City Punhana, District Nuh, Haryana.

Despite repeated call, nobody has appeared on behalf of petitioner. Waited sufficiently.

It has been submitted by the learned State counsel that the direction with regard to deposit of ₹5,00,000/-, by the petitioner, has not been complied with.
