    !  /  0)'  ) ( 1       23 4Learned counsel submits that it is a case of version and cross version. There is a delay of 38 days in lodging the FIR. As a matter of fact, petitioners never entered into the house of the complainant, be that as it may, only simple injuries are stated to have been caused and also petitioners No.1 and 2 have received two injuries, one of which is a fracture. They are not involved in any other case. They are ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation on or before 15.12.2025. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) BNSS.
