This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) and to conduct an inquiry from some senior rank officer in FIR No.151 dated 07.08.2025 under Sections 21-B, 21-C, 27-A, 29/61/85 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Chheharata, Amritsar City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to look into his representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) and take appropriate steps at the earliest. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to take action on the representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
