Counsel for the respondent submits that the petition, which is sought to be transferred, has since been dismissed as withdrawn, by the respondent. He has also placed on record the statement got recorded by the respondent as well as order passed by the court on 03.02.2026. In view of the said order, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
