In the present criminal writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for the issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents for the grant of parole of three months to enable him to take care of his grandmother who is about 80 years of age.

Reply by way of an affidavit of Rai Sahib, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail Bhiwani filed by the learned State counsel in the Court, is taken on record.

At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that after considering the petitioner's claim for the grant of parole, the same has been rejected by the concerned authorities vide order dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure P-1 of the reply filed).
