This is a petition under Sections 2, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 15.05.2025 passed in CWP-13834-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has supplied a copy of speaking order dated 10.02.2026 passed by Sh. Virender Singh, IFS, Deputy Conservator of Forests, Kaithal, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
