The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.03.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-28298-2013, whereby petitioners were held entitled to all consequential benefits owing to them on having earned acquittal, along with 6% interest from the date of their accrual till the date of actual realization. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 16.03.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-28298-2013, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a compliance affidavit dated 01.02.2026 of Dr. Senu Duggal, IAS, Managing Director, Punjab Financial Corporation, Chandigarh, along with Annexures VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.16 13:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
