The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.216 dated 16.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 109 of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural on the basis of a compromise dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State Counsel has pointed out that the injuries suffered were caused by a gunshot.

In view of the above, the question of quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise does not arise and therefore, the present petition stands dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
