AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of order dated 04.07.2024 vide which the petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in case FIR No.156 dated 25.12.2022 under Sections 22/29 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Bhogpur, Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising out of aforesaid order.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner craves the indulgence of this Court to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
