In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to stay the operation of the ex parte order dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Society, Naraingarh, during the pendency of first statutory appeal (Annexure P-3) filed before the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Kurukshetra preferred by the petitioners against the above said order dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicants-respondents No.5 to 7 submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the above said appeal filed by the petitioners has already been decided, as such, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

In view of the above said submission, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of having rendered infructuous.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
