The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16089-2025, whereby direction was issued to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice-cum-representation of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16089-2025, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 24.12.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Jind, which is taken on record. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to it in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 24.12.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Jind. 6.
