The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.288, dated 14.10.2025 under Sections 61, 351(3), 340, 338, 336(3), 331(4), 318(4) and 305 BNS (subsequently added Sections 340(3), 61(2) BNS and deleted Sections 61 and 340 BNS), registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders within 7 days and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided on the same day, in accordance with law.
