The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in CWP-17342-2016, whereby the respondent was directed to grant the pay scale of the post of Cook to the petitioner with effect from the date of his appointment along with all consequential benefits. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in compliance with the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in CWP-17342-2016, the pay scale of Cook has been granted to the petitioner along with all consequential benefits. It is further submitted that the arrears along with applicable interest have also been paid.
