Apprehending threat to life and liberty, petitioner, who is an accused in case FIR No.27 dated 24.02.2025, registered against him under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, has filed the present petition praying therein to direct official respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide adequate protection to him. It is further the prayer of the petitioner that the representation dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) moved by him be also decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely arrayed in the aforesaid criminal case, which was registered against him and his wife at the instance of respondent No.6. While mentioning an incident that occurred on 12.08.2025, learned counsel contends that respondent No.5 followed the petitioner in his car and tried to hit him. The incident was incidentally captured in the CCTV cameras installed on the way from New Bus Stand, Safidon to their house. Police authorities were requested to look into the matter, who simply challaned respondent No.5 u/s 107/151 Cr.P.C. It is further the submission of learned counsel that on 04.09.2025, respondent No.4 summoned the petitioner in the HAMANT 2025.12.12 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-13262-2025 Police Station and at the instance of respondents No.5 and 6 misbehaved with him. Petitioner was also threatened with serious consequences. The entire facts were penned down by him in representation dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure P-3), which was given to respondent No.2, but the same remain undecided.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Shweta Nahata, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection in deciding the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner. 5.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a period of 4 weeks, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
