Aggrieved by order dated 08.09.2025 whereby an application filed by the State under Section 319 CrPC was allowed, the newly arraigned accused have come up before this Court by filing the present revision petition. 2.

I have heard counsel for the parties and have gone through the record to ascertain whether the matter is worth issuing notice or not. 3.

Counsel for the petitioners has referred to Annexure P-1 which is copy of FIR. Perusal of the same clearly points out that petitioners have been named. The injury attributed to Babu Singh- petitioner No.1 was an axe blow from reverse side on the right leg and injury attributed to Kaku Singh- petitioner No.2 was kapa blow on Shubham which hit on small finger of his left hand.

On the face of it, once they were named in FIR, there is no defect in the order dated 08.09.2025 and the same is well reasoned. 5.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations, there is no illegality in the impugned order and the same calls for no interference. As such, the petition stands dismissed. All pending applications, if any also stand disposed of.
