The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 12.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33467-2024, whereby respondents were directed to decide the claim of the petitioners by passing a speaking order. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33467-2024, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 04.05.2026 has been passed by the Secretary, Government of Punjab, School Education, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. In view of the above, since order dated 12.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33467-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
