(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent intends to withdraw the divorce petition, pending before learned Trial Court, but however, on account of interim stay granted by this court, he is unable to do the same.

On query, it is submitted that the next date fixed before the court is 04.04.2026 and counsel gives an undertaking to withdraw the petition, on the next date of hearing.

In view of the undertaking, so given, by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement, so given by his counsel today.
