Present petition has been filed by the petitioner - wife under Section 24 read with Section 151 CPC for transferring the petition (i.e. HMA/417/2024 titled as Kaushal Raj Sharma vs. Ritu Sharma) filed by the respondent - husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 before the learned Family Court, Faridkot, Punjab to the Family Court of competent jurisdiction at Sirsa, Haryana.

At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as during the pendency of the present transfer petition, the petition (i.e. HMA/417/2024 titled as Kaushal Raj Sharma vs. Ritu Sharma) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 by the respondent-husband, has already been decided vide order dated 21.02.2026 and ex parte decree of divorce has been granted to the AMIT KHANCHI 2026.05.14 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order
TA No.1637 of 2025 -2respondent-husband. It is accordingly prayed that the present petition be disposed of, as such.

A copy of order dated 21.02.2026, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridkot handed over in Court today by learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record.
