Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, who has marked an enquiry into the matter, which is presently pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Israna. She further submits that the enquiry proceedings against respondent No.4 have already been initiated and the same shall be taken to the logical end expeditiously and, in any case, not beyond a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
