This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.232, dated 30.09.2025, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar. 2.

Vide order dated 09.12.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 09.12.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.
