The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 for strict legal action against the private respondent and conducting free and fair investigation and further to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
