Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), seeking quashing of the below detailed First Information Report (FIR), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the affidavit dated 18.04.2025 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties.

As per the version recorded in the FIR, allegations have been levelled against all four accused, namely Gurdeep Kaur, Inderjit Singh, Paramjit Singh and Balvir Kaur, along with 10/11 other unknown persons. However, the present petition has been filed only by three of the said accused.
