Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 6.3.2025 under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 27 and 27-A of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Task Force, SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after appending copy of the FIR in question.
