      /  01 2 Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. It is surfaced only during investigation that he had attested the affidavit of impersonator Krishna Devi and Shyam Lal in place of Sushila Devi and Shyam Sunder but is not beneficiary in any manner, as allegations were levelled against him of having connived with other coaccused. Co-accused Ajay, who though was named in the FIR, has been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2025, Annexure P-4. The petitioner is not involved in any other case and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S. Saroha, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 16.12.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
