Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, AAG, Haryana assisted by SI Devinder, 139, P.S. Baroda, Distt. Sonipat. **** SANJAY VASHISTH, J (ORAL) This order shall dispose of CRM-M-69795-2025, CRM-M72387-2025 and CRM-M-3940-2026, as all these petitions are interconnected and have arisen out of same FIR. However, the lead case is CRM-M-69795-2025.

It is alleged that an acquaintance of petitioner No.1 stopped the complainant's car, went inside the house to fetch the money, while complainant remained seated in his vehicle. Suddenly, all the accused persons, namely (1) Naseeb, (2) Shubham, (3) Shaukeen, (4) Naveen,
(5) Ramesh, and (6) Manjeet (wife of Ramesh), came running out of the house armed with sticks and rods, dragged the complainant out of his car, and gave him beatings. During the incident, accused Naseeb allegedly snatched the complainant's licensed pistol from his pocket, dragged him to their house, and further assaulted him. It is also alleged that on being instigated by accused Ramesh and his wife Manjeet, Naseeb fired a shot at the complainant, but the bullet struck the wall and a glass pane.
effectively a case of no injury, and had there been any real intention to commit murder, accused persons would have fired at the complainant again. It is further argued that investigation does not reveal whether any money was ever borrowed by petitioner No.1 - Manjeet from the complainant, or whether any such call for repayment was actually made. Since, no specific injury has been attributed to any of the accused, including the petitioners, they are willing to join the investigation and cooperate fully, provided they are granted protection from arrest.
