Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.66, dated 20.06.2025, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Shambhu, District Patiala. 2.

In the present case, a large quantity of intoxicant tablets, namely Lomotil (Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride and Atropine Sulphate Tablets IP), was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The seizure comprised 67 leaves, each containing 60 tablets of each type, totaling 4,020 intoxicant tablets.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition, at this stage.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed, being not pressed, at this stage.
