(Oral) (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to finally dispose of the petitioner's prayer for grant of parole made on 03.12.2025 to attend the marriage of his real brother which is scheduled for 14.12.2025. (2) Learned State counsel has no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternate prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, we dispose of the instant petition with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a final decision on the petitioner's request made on 03.12.2025, for the grant of parole, by 11.12.2025, in accordance with law.
