Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.51 dated 28.3.2024 under Section 302 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Kanina, District Mahendergarh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, for the nonce.

Since 17 prosecution witnesses out of total 19 cited, have been examined, it is deemed appropriate to direct the trial Court to culminate the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 5.
