Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 05.03.2026 and submits that the petitioner had approached the trial Court vide GD No.9 dated 05.03.2026, however, the Presiding Officer was on leave and the case stands adjourned to 09.04.2026 and undertakes to appear before the said Court for filing his reply on the said date, in view of which, his learned counsel does not press the present petition and would pray to the said Court for deciding the case expeditiously, in accordance with law. 2.
