(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.88 dated 24.02.2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 140(3), 309(4), 309(6), 115(2), 118(1), 109(2), 103(2), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal. 2.

Status report dated 05.02.2026 filed by way of an affidavit of Surender Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sadar, District Palwal has already been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same is taken on record.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
