This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against respondent Nos.1 to 10 for non-compliance of the order dated 10.02.2014 passed in RSA-811-2014. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Ajay Gandhi, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moga, Punjab has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court today, which is taken on record. Short reply by way of an affidavit of Mr. Sagar Setia, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Moga has also been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 states that the agreement to sell dated 06.05.2025 has since been cancelled. 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 5.
