The present petitions have been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0103, dated 30.07.2018 under Sections 420/406 IPC (Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2013 and 24 of the Immigration Act, 1993 added later on), registered at Police Station Balachour, District SBS Nagar and quashing of impugned order dated 03.08.2019, Annexure P3, passed by Ld. SDJM, Balachour, District SBS Nagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petitions, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders within 7 days and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided on the same day, in accordance with law.
