This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 12.12.2024 passed in CWP-13757-2016.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. S. Gurkirat Kirpal Singh, Administrative Secretary, Department of Industries and Commerce, Punjab has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 20.02.2026 (Annexure R-4) has also been appended.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
