Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has informed that the order dated 28.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-15208-2025, has been complied with. He has submitted copy of the order dated 19.12.2025, passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak, as per which, the petitioner has been allowed to join the duties as a Safai Karamchari w.e.f. 14.05.2025 and his pending salary and other admissible financial benefits for the period w.e.f. 14.05.2025 till date, have been released to him. The order dated 19.12.2025 is taken on record. 2.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present case.
